Each tablet contains the following active ingredients:

|Molybdenum (amino acid chelate)||25µg|
|Selenium (methylselenocysteine form)||30µg|
|Vanadium (amino acid chelate)||25µg|
|Zinc (amino acid chelate)||10mg|
|Iodine (potassium iodate)||70µg|
|Silicon (amino acid chelate)||5mg|
Inactive ingredients: Magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and sodium starch glycolate.
Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Minerals are important in the body to support biochemical reactions that require elemental components as a cofactor. Minerals are used for supporting normal growth, maintaining a healthy central nervous system, building muscles and bones, and improving immune function and overall health.
Take 2 tablets daily with or after food.
