Super Mega-B contains B-vitamins and B-supportive nutrients contributing to the maintenance of good heath by helping metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins. B-vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue due to their role in numerous biochemical pathways.
