Product Composition

Each tablet contains the following active ingredients:

Magnesium glycinate (amino acid chelate)
Supplying elemental magnesium 250 mg
Boron 500µg

Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, isomalt, flexicoat, sodium, starch glycolate, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Dosage Directions

Adults and children over 9 years of age:
Take 1 tablet daily with food.
